Dancing opened up Manasa Joshi to the world of stories and expressions. Her interest in stories laid the path to acting. She holds a diploma from ‘Anupam Kher’s Actor Prepares’. After a successful stint with Theatre in kannada, English and hindi, there started her journey on to the silver screen where she played the lead in films starting with ‘Bahuparak’. Continuing with films like ‘Last Bus’, ‘Kiragoorina Gayyaligalu’, ‘Yashogathe’ and ‘Devaranadalli’. She has starred in parallel cinemas ‘Hajj’ and ‘Kaudi’ which won state award in the year 2014, 2015. She has time and again proved that she is a believer of quality work.
